When Floyd Mayweather Jr. walked away from boxing last year, retiring undefeated at the age of 31, everyone assumed it would just be a matter of time before he announced he was returning.

So far, that announcement hasn't come. But a new report is giving boxing fans some hope that Mayweather, who at the time of his retirement was widely viewed as the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world, is finally getting ready to come out of retirement and get back into the ring, possibly to face the winner of the upcoming superfight between Manny Pacquiao and Ricky Hatton. read more
