Hatton trainer sees KO end for Pacquiao

The colorful American trainer even guaranteed a knockout win for Hatton, especially if Pacquiao decides to engage the popular Mancunian fighter in a brawl.

In an overseas telephone interview with the Philippine Daily Inquirer on Tuesday, Mayweather, who trained Hatton for his explosive win over Paulie Malignaggi late last year, waxed poetic.

“Ricky’s going to be physically, mentally, spiritually strong,” said Mayweather from his home in Las Vegas. “Manny Pacquiao’s chances are slim and none. If he doesn’t run, we’ll get him in one.”

Mayweather also reacted to Freddie Roach’s prediction of a knockout win for Pacquiao against Hatton by calling the Filipino’s trainer “Joke Coach Roach“. read more
