Can Hatton Pull the Trigger on his Duel with Manny Pacquiao?

The trainer of popular Filipino boxer Manny Pacquaio said recently that Ricky Hatton can 'pull the trigger' on his forthcoming fight with Manny Pacquiao. He is in effect saying that Hatton is a better fighter than Oscar de la Hoya.
